This newest trio of online store additions all feature actors whose offscreen antics have, at times, gotten more headlines than their work on the silver screen. First is Brian De Palma’s “Casualties of War,” whose Sean Penn is perhaps as (in)famous for his altercations with the press and political activism as his considerable body of work; John Dahl’s “Red Rock West,” which stars Nicholas Cage long before “The Wicker Man” made him an Internet punchline; and Andrzej Wajda’s “Danton,” which features Gerard Depardieu before his cringeworthy public misbehavior became what — at least in the U.S. — he is best known for today.
