Yesterday’s public launch of 4xblu.com saw the site’s online store open with a slate of 44 titles. Today, that initial offering was supplemented with seven more titles, including three that had just come in from France: Gus Van Sant’s “Elephant” and the two Michel Hazanavicius / Jean Dujardin “OSS 117” movies. Joining them were offerings from some of the biggest names to ever sit in the director’s chair: Martin Scorsese’s “Kundun,” Woody Allen’s “Match Point,” Federico Fellini’s “Il Bidone,” and Michael Haneke’s “Cache.” Here’s to auspicious beginnings!
